When you call a phone number powered by our AI voice agent, we may collect:

- Photos or images you voluntarily send via SMS in response to a request from the agent

How We Collect SMS Consent
If you receive a text message from a Perpetual Concierge-powered number, it is because you called the business's phone number and the AI voice agent informed you during the call that a text message would be sent to your number requesting photos of your item. Your continued engagement on the call constitutes verbal consent to receive that message.
We do not send unsolicited text messages. We do not send marketing messages to callers. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of further SMS messages.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected during calls is used solely to:
- Qualify and summarize your inquiry for the business owner
- Facilitate follow-up between you and the business you contacted
- Improve the performance and accuracy of our AI agents
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.
Third-Party Services
Our platform relies on the following third-party services to operate:
- Vapi — AI voice infrastructure
- Twilio — Phone number provisioning and SMS delivery
- n8n — Workflow automation
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data. We encourage you to review their policies if you have concerns about data processing at the infrastructure level.
Data Retention
Call logs and lead summaries are retained for as long as necessary to provide services to the business you contacted. If you would like your information removed, you may contact us at felix@perpetualconcierge.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
Your Rights
