## One-Time Setup Fee

- **Standard:** $1,499
- **Premium:** $2,799
- **When charged:** Deferred until the agent is live and you've confirmed it's working. You don't pay until it runs.
- **What's included:** Custom AI agent build, system prompt configuration, Twilio phone number provisioning, n8n automation workflow setup, full testing, and go-live confirmation.
- **Timeline:** Most clients go live within 14 days of submitting the onboarding form.

## Monthly Retainer

- **Price:** $300/month
- **Billing:** 1st of each month via Stripe
- **What's included:** Agent hosting, ongoing monitoring, and support.

## AI Usage (Per-Minute)

- **Rate:** $0.18 per minute of call time
- **Billing:** Monthly, based on prior month's actual call minutes
- **Example:** At typical call volume — 85 calls × 50 seconds average = ~71 minutes/month — usage cost is approximately $13–$18/month.

## What's Included (All Plans)

- Voice intake: captures item description, contact info, and caller intent
- Mid-call SMS photo request: photos collected during the live call, not after
- Location confirmation: verifies caller proximity before any commitment
- Structured lead summary delivered to owner by email after every qualified call
- Live call transfer to owner during business hours (caller requests human)
- After-hours capture and callback promise
- Twilio phone number provisioned under Perpetual Concierge account (clients never touch Twilio)
- Go-live within 14 days of onboarding form submission

## What's Not Included

- Twilio carrier fees for outbound SMS (billed at Twilio rates, typically under $0.01/message)
